Every time I try to post a picture either the size is too big (in megabytes) or the dimensions are wrong (says max is 642 x 0). What is the best way or program to use to save a pic in the correct format allowable by the BB?

If you are using Windows XP, you can quickly resize the image.

Right-click the Photo (or find the file on your computer and right-click it), then choose EDIT from the menu that will pop up when you right click it.

This will open the photo in MSPaint usually. If so, Choose "Strech/Skew" from the Image menu (in the menu bar) and set the horizontal and vertical aspects to the same amounts - like 66% and 66%. This will reduce the image dimensions to 66% of what it was before.

From the File menu in the menu bar, choose "Save as" and save it with a new name somewhere else on your computer so you dont' overwrite the original file.

If you are using some other version of Windows, you should be able to go to Start>Programs>Accessories and choose "Paint". From the File menu, choose Open and open the image. Repeat the process above about using Image + Stretch/Skew and save as another file name.
