WTB: 72 GMC warranty packet/owners manual

Just checking again to see if anyone saved a warranty packet, and or owners manual for a 72 1500-3500 series pick up that they would be interested in selling. I have a great vehicle, but the previous owner lost the papers for the truck. If anyone can help me out now, or in the future that would be great.

Thanks for going out of you way Dean. It is my nicest truck, and yet it has no documentation other than I did a title search, and know who bought it knew etc. I actually have a little beater 71 Chevy that has everything including the original window sticker. I will be happy to pay you for you efforts if you are able to find one. I actually have the warranty and owners manual out of a 68 GMC that I found in the salvage yard years ago, but it taint a 72.
Thanks, OT

Thanks GM I went on and looked to no avail, but there was some service manuals etc. I will keep an eye out there as well, and I appreciate the tip.

If you do a search you can save it then have ebay automatically email you when new items are listed, might take a couple weeks but there is bound to be one listed sooner or later.

I will try it. I have little e bay experience, but hey it seems to be a great source for just about anything.
Thanks again for your advise, and I will cross my fingers.

I may have what you need. I just bought a 72 from a boardmember to use for parts, I am pretty sure it has the owner's manual and may have warranty paperwork. Let me check and see.

Checked, I have the owners manual, but no warranty package. I do however have the "emmissions control systems" manual for 1972. Think I am gonna hang on to the owner's manual, some pretty cool stuff inside.

You can have the emmissions booklet for $5 + shipping. PM me your addy and I'll put it in the mail tomorrow. If it weren't for the Blazer using the same owner's manual I would probably sell it, but for now I gotta hang on to it. I will keep my eyes open for you tho.
