Exhaust hangers????

How did you attach your exhaust to the frame? I'm having my frame powder coated and I'm not going to let the muffler shop weld on the frame. Pictures would be great.

There should be no reason to weld hangers on the frame, most of the custom stuff can use a steel/rubber type strap that is bolted to the frame(will require drilling holes). I dont have any pics of my exhuast at this time, but I have hangers to support the header collectors,& ahead & behind the muffs,& a set to support the tail pipes. I try to work off the frame crossmembers as far as mounting the hangers,& all are bolted. Just make sure you let the shop know what you want done, & they can show you several different hangers,& explain what they need to do to get the system in place..........AL
