Pics of local stepside forsale - i pulled over!
So i was driving by a local lot today and saw this stepside forsale, and I pulled over to look it over... fairly nice '76, lowered in the rear by taking out some of the leaves... shaved side markers and mirrors, new bed wood, diamond plate fuel cell in bed, A/C, shaved up bed, tailgate chains eliminated... fairly nice truck - great body. the interior could use a lot of TLC... checked out the dealers webpage... and they want $8,000 for this truck... sounds a lil high??

Nice truck! I think $8k is a little high for something that need alot of interior TLC. Paint looks pretty fresh in the pics. Not a chip on that front end.

Nice looking truck, but not sure if it is worth 8K. I too do not care for the monochromatic look.

Yeah, excuse me while I puke. Those wheels + the painted front end makes me want to cry.

That ia a clean looking rig im with everyone else on the front but one other thing im not too keen on is the sideways caddy lights in the roll pan.
And it could lose a few more inches out of the suspension. |

i wasnt either...until i bought my truck....the guy who had it before me blacked out ALL of the chrome...he even went so far as to black out the chrome cap on the tailgate. i just recently went through it all and repainted the grille and bezels, bought new grille molding, and got paint off of rest of chrome. everyone says it looks like a new truck, so everytime i see a truck with painted over chrome it makes me sick. |
