Try the GM dealer.
Seats are new enough, they should have those parts.

I went there and told the guy what I needed. I guess because there is so many different variety of colors, lumbar, etc. that he didn't know which one is the right one. Actually, he was an idiot.

He looked in the computer as I stood there for 10 minutes. I also was trying to find the rearview mirror tab for a 2000 S-10 and he couldn't even find that.

I am not trying to defend that parts guy, but I work at a GM dealer and I am a parts guy and I know that those seat trim pieces are a pain in the butt to look up. We usally get the VIN to look them up and even then they are still hard to find the right one. As far as the mirror tab goes the part number you are looking for is #15954649 should run you about 6 bucks. :-)
