Driveshaft??????????
I am putting the 350/TH350 from an 81 Camaro into my 1984 C10 LWB truck. I know I have to move the tranny xmember forward to accomodate the TH350, but the driveshaft will have to be 3" longer now. Any ideas on a vehicle to get a shaft from? Does anyone have one for sale?

since these trucks came with 350.th350 combos there should be shafts available... perhaps at the junk yard

You'll have to go with a 2 piece driveshaft unless the new tran has a long tailpeice, even with the long tail the 1 piece driveshafts are so long they wobble at highway speed

I realize that some of these came with the 350/th350 combo, but this TH350 is from a 1981 camaro, and I believe it is 3" shorter than the TH350m that came in these trucks.
