Gas pedal assembly ?'s
I need to put together a gas pedal assembly for my truck and I was looking for info and advice on what year would be best. The cab is a 69-72 GMC.
I will be starting from scratch and I know there are cable and rod styles to choose from. I am assuming the cable is the better route to go with. Does any vendors sell a complete assembly? Does it matter whether or not it is a big block or small block? Thanks everyone

I got a post listed on the parts board but I still would like to know a little on what I need or if there are better options.
Thanks for any help.
