Talking What do you think

Ok first is I just purchased a 1969 Chevy C10 250 six 3 on the tree body is great just has surface rust on the outer driver rocker panel and the front right cab support is rusted through short wide box rap around rear bumper missing tailgate interior is in great shape missing some of the outer trim pieces on the driver's side runs good but has low compression and needs a new freeze plug on the back of the engine. I paid $425 just had $650 put into the brakes? It's blue and white what do you guys think this is worth. Also what kind of mileage are you guys getting with these 250s

I'd say you got a great deal at $475.

Need pics! Don't expect good mileage out of the straight six, it ain't gonna happen.

I get ~15-16MPG highway on my straight six 250 as far as I can tell.

less than 5 bills and you drove it home? Pretty good deal. If you needed a chain to get it home, it was still a good deal.
Where are you located? (this plays a LOT on value)
