Lug nut torque?
What did GM reccomend on the Lug nut torques??
I thought 100 is good. I'm not sure. What do you use?? thanks. sswj

Out of the '70 10-60 series truck service manual:
1/2 ton= 55-75 ft. lbs. 3/4 and 1 ton= 65-90 ft. lbs.

hmmm, on the chart at work they recommend no less on most detorit made trucks from 75 and up. It only goes back that far.
what does the 68 book say?
