newbie question: length of bed

What's the length of the box on a SWB? I found a truck, and in the ad, it says 8' box. Tell me this is a SWB!!

The SWB is 6 feet long and the LWB is 8 feet long.

That's what I said too...and then, out of nowhere, I hit craigslist.com one day and the truck of my dreams was there for a reasonable price...

Hang in there!

Actually, the inside length of a SWB would be 6 1/2 feet. They are 6 feet wide (again, inside dimentions)

yeah Andy, but if it's a shortstep it's 4 feet wide. But I'm sure us shortsteppers are inconsequential to you longhorners, LOL!
