anbonther question on lift
I have an 88 Gmc burb. it has leaf springs on front. I want to eliminate blocks on front lift, I'm looking at add a leaf. but they only go to 87. will they work ?

Yes, they will, as long as they're the same width as your stock ones. I'm pretty sure 87-91 was the same regarding springs. Also check into Off Road Design, they make a zero rate that will raise the front about an inch, however it won't firm up the spring rate. It's basically a steel block, but they're safe to use on the front because they're bolted into the leaf pack with a new bolt/pin. I have them on the rear of my truck, and have had no problems with them.
