Escalade rims - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I seen a few 67-72 trucks with escalade rims. Well I have the truck and the rims but the hub is to big to fit on the rim. What has to be done to to make these fit?

I have 04 Take Offs on my 69, I bought spacers off of e-bay, I believe they were 2 inch. (sorry about the first post, hit the wrong button).

Thanks for the info. Those are the ones I have also. How much space do you have between the rims and fenders using those?

Didn't measure but have not had any problems with rubs. Haven't driven it much tho.

spacers are a very very very very unsafe and bad idea. they put all the stress on the wheel studs and set you up for having all the studs break off and you will lose a wheel. and probably wreck your truck. most reputable places wont even sell them they arent safe at all. take those spacers off and find a wheel that fits its not worth wrecking your truck over

spacers are very unsafe. I had a bug with spacers to adapt over to a chevy pattern. 1 broke in a corner and left me in a hell of a bind. Ended up breaking the studs on the hub. Upon further inspection the increased leverage on the hub was bendig my spindles as well. Thy are just a bad idea all the way around.

Have the rims machined to git your trucks hub and that way all your weight is on the hub(centric) and not on the lugs.

I definitely agree with cableguy0 & screamin c10, 2" is way thick! I'd get rid of them.
