Personally,I`m impressed with how many survivors are out there.Even in the rust-belt.These trucks are over 30 years old and in some cases that`s 33+ years of salt and chemicals(not to mention rain,snow,&ice.Look at any metal that`s sat outside that long,let alone been force-fed all those elements at 60 mph.I`ve always noticed these trucks are beat-to-hell and still being used for work,even.Or,there`s the cherry or gently weathered old man truck that has been pampered since day one.I can`t tell you how many times I`ve known about a man that`s selling his truck that he bought new and now he`s giving up driving.Who`da thought back in 67-72 they were buying their last truck.They were the first enthusiasts,and crowd keeps growing,now through the generations.Don`t you see nice ones cruising`round come summer?I`m sure in your area there`s folks that store`em for the winter,just to enjoy them in the summer.
