And, Round 6

Sorry for the crappy quality pictures -- The resizing didn't go so good and I couldn't reverse it, lol

Ok, now for the description:

The truck's body is very rotted, as you can see. The fella who came to talk to me (a hispanic guy, not the guy I got on the phone) didn't know anything about the truck, and wasn't very helpful at all, it was a challenge to convince him to unlock the truck for me.

The interior is LOADED with stuff, some of it electrical power tools, old bumpers grills from a newer truck etc etc. For the most part, most if it could probally be dropped at the dump on the way home.

The truck would not start when I was there. I didn't take any time to try and figure it out, but I suspect the points dizzy. Has what appears to be a fairly recently rebuilt (aka, very clean) q-jet. The fella had no idea what engine it was. It does have an auto, but I have no idea what kind. The exhaust is very ratty, held together with tin-foil in some places. The interior has buckets from some other vehicle in it. Seemed like a very base model truck.

I am not sure how much they are asking for it, but chances are it is too much. I personally would not pay more than 3 - 5 hundred for that truck, even though it is a panel, and even rarer yet, a GMC panel.

The hood is not attached to the truck, it is just sitting there (no hinges) and the frame seemed ok as far as I could tell. Definitely rusty, but not rotted or seriously pitted anywhere. The body mounts look like a bunch of old leather belt chunks stacked ontop of eachother.

And as far as cart races go, sounds like fun, since I am not far from the city at all, I can probally show up one night

There is going to be a board meet in Calgary during the stampede though, I'll be there for sure
