leaf springs on a 2wd c10
is it possible to replace the front coil springs on a c10 with a set of leaf springs off of a blazer? if so what all would be needed to do this?

To put leaf springs in the front of a 2wd you would have to cut out the A-arms and put in a straight axle. Why would you want to do that?

yeh i already have 1 ton coils and a 3" body lift. just want MORE. so i was figuring this would be the cheapest/easiest way to do it.

If you are going to all that bother, why not just get a 4X4?

That what I ment Jeremy, if you are going throw the bother of setting up leafs on the front, then buy a 4X4.

the truck is a family truck so i wanted to at least keep the cab for sentimental reasons.

Yes it can be done. You will need everything from the 4wd truck to make the conversion. Your going to need the spring hangers, shackle mounts, steering box, etc.....
