2" lift kit

well, i have searched here and on the net, and come up empty on a 2" lift for my 72 4wd. anyone know where i should be looking? i thought tuff country had one, read about it in 4wheel & offroad, but their site doesnt show one. my current setup is facotry leafs with long overloads. the front springs look really bad - they are all bent with different arches and separated i have been getting a popping noise lately on sharp road bumps. annoying as hell. it may be the shocks - it's kinda a cross between popping and a hiss like disconnecting an airtool/hose. but i dont see any oil from the shocks to indicate they are leaking so i thought i would look into a new lift.

oh, and i think i did see a rancho 2" kit with blocks in the rear, and it was still $550? for that price, i would expect rear springs, no?
