New Speakers

Last monday night my truck was broken into, and among other things my speakers were taken. Well the little voice in my head seems to know only one song, and sings it repeatedly. I couldn't stand it anymore so I picked up four cheap Pioneer 6X9's this morning. They don't sound too bad. I'll get by. I really like the way the white cones, and black covers look with my interior though

Sorry to hear about your luck, man. I see you've been busting ass working on the truck lately. Don't let this set you back.

I always try to go stealth with my installs. I don't want anyone to know what I have - and if they hear me coming and decide I've got something in my truck, I want to make sure they can't "smash and grab" things - if they can't find it, they can't take it in the first minute after the alarm goes off.

Don't make me think about it. I'm trying to make it go away!

Shifty; I agree, but there's not many places to hide stuff in these cabs.

Not many .... spots if you keep everything stock. A custom fabbed and carpeted door panel could potentially cover the 6x9's pretty well....the hard part is making it look nice.

Nice!! All my toys are locked up, both of my garages can be broken in to from the side doors if you go over the fence though (as long as you don't mind "Bo and Luke"

Hell the keys stay in the Z28, but I challenge you to get it out he garage. I haven't locked the truck since I got it. I'm not even sure if they work. I've got 2 6X9's in homemade speaker boxes, one in the middle of the floor, and one behind the passenger side of the seat. As cheap as the speakers are, I might be out $10 if someone were dumb enough to take them.
