complete 402 w th400 and other bigblock parts for sale

I have a complete 1971 300hp 402 bigblock w/th400 out of a 71 caprice. It`s complete from carb to pan with exhaust manifolds pwr steering pump, pulleys and brackets for long water pump. It`s suppost to be a running motor with about 65-70K miles. It was in my 68 when I got it and the guy I got it from said he heard it run before it got yanked from the caprice. He has a very good reputation in town for building 67-72 trucks so I believe him. All it needs is new plug wires and a new valve cover gasket, I pulled a cover to see what heads were on it. It`s all there. I`ll take $750 for the complete motor/trans set up. Sorry, will not seperate. I also have these parts for sale.

1984 2 bolt 454 shortblock core- $300

1 set of 236 casting truck heads that need to be rebuilt-$50

1 set of bare 820 casting heads-$150

1 set of stock 3/8 rods-$75 plus shipping

1 brand new "Pete Jackson" style gear drive made by CRC Racing-$100 shipped

1 old style oval port torker w/angled carb pad-$125 plus shipping

1 9 month old Barry Grant speed demon 750 vacuum secondary carb-$ 250 shipped

1 set of Mickey Thompson Valve covers w/ old orange paint job-$75 shipped

The motors and heads are pick up only. Everything else I will ship at buyer expence unless noted otherwise. The prices are firm and no trades, cash only. I`m getting married in June and this will be honeymoon money. Thanks for looking.

It has 9 months run time. It looks new still. I bought it from a old co worker but I don`t know when he bought it.
