transfurable registration

ok me being the duma## that i am cant find the transfurabe reg for my truck i took the trck off the road for the winter in november and i have the DMV registration credit saying the plates were destroyed, the vin my name and address as well as the old insurence card can i re register the truck? im going to apply for a new reg but id like to drive my truck in the meantime u know? what are my options??? thanks - kyle

The DMV still has the record of your vehicle in there computer. All you have to do is go there with your proof of insurance and they will look it up and let you put it back on the road. They will also give you a new regestration.
So don't worry.
