I am putting a 327 in the panel truck. I need one mount pad/bracket that bolts to the engine (left side). See pic, Is the pad seperate or does it come attached to the bracket that bolts to the block?

Also, what length bolt should be used to mount the engine to the towers?

That should all be one part. The rubber is mounted to the metal on the engine side and the frame side. That one has separated. You can buy those at any auto parts store really cheap. I don't remember what size bolt goes in there though.

Just did that job today on one of mine. A 7/16-14 x 1-inch bolt with a lock washer and flat washer will attach the mount to the motor stand. Three 3/8-16 bolts hold the mount to the engine. The length depends on if only the mount or say, power steering brackets attach. I would go 3/4-inch long if only the mount and 1-inch long if another bracket is sandwiched.

A good rule of thumb is to have six full threads engagement (six turns after the bolt starts), then the bolt will break instead of stripping the threads.

It's coming along pretty good. I love driving it, and will like it better when I fix the exhaust leak... Let me know if you need any parts powder coated or plated, I'll give you a discount.

Good to know, thanks. I just dropped off a few suspension parts to be coated last week matter of fact.
