Who's installed 99-05 seats in their trucks?

How many of you have installed the 99-05 silverado seats in your trucks? Did you have to modify much? Thinking of installing them in my 70 K10. Will they fit alright even with the middle jump seat? Anyone have pics of them installed? Thanks, Dave

I'm curious to hear this too. Looking at buying a set from a fellow board member.

My truck had a late model 60/40 in it when i bought it and it was sitting on a frame of 2" square tubing the po had built. I banged my head on the roof a few times and decided to ditch it.

Im replacing that seat with 04 trailblazer buckets. They also sit too high so i am having to notch out some of the cab floor to mount the outer track in. The outer track sits about 3-4" lower than the inner track.

If your over 6' i would recomend going with car seats or youll be pretty close to bumping your head. If i had it to do all over again thats what i would have done.

I have a set of 2000 Silverado buckets in my 70 Chevy. When I get home from work, I'll post the pics.

Here's a link I found with my seat pics in it... LINKY
