Yes. I taped a small screwdriver into the plastic plug and twisted mine out like a screw.

OK plastic. Now are they just plugs for holes, or is there something behind the plug? I mean a nut or something I can attach the shoulder harness to? If not, how do I attach the harness. My arms aren't small enough to get into the space behind to put anything.
