Where in PA?

I will be going over to Bedford PA to pickup my IFS on August 7th. I would like to know where in PA your freind Hal is? I would also like his number if he'll let me have it, as I can call and ask about the 3100 parts he has. Thanks. rico_bob (aka:Richard)
