Question Carlisle, Pa??

I didn't do a proper search on this, but is anybody going to Carlisle this week? I'll be there on Saturday, (maybe Friday too if I can sneak away) , maybe we can set up a meet up there?

Thanks,
72longbed

I'll be there Saturday.

Does anyone know what truck vendors will be there, and which you prefer?

I've got stuff from Orange County Truck Shop, they have good prices.

Don't know who else is there really from a vendor standpoint?

thanks

Supposed to rain Saturday. I went yesterday and it was a nice day. A bit chilly (breezy) early but once I started spending money, I didn't notice any longer.

71Cad, when you go in, be sure to get a Carlisle guide magazine. They are free and inside they list all the vendors and a map of where to find them.

I've never been to Spring Carlisle. Do the vendors set up over the entire fairgrounds, or just behind the grandstands? I've been to the Corvette show a few times, so I'm just curious as to the expanse of it. I know it's supposed to be a HUGE swap meet.

I was there thursday.Like Bob said,it was a little chilly. If You go saturday,go early! The gates are open by 6am.The parts cover close to 3/4 of the grounds. The car coral, cars for sale, covers the east side up to the top of and most of the top of the big hill.I bought a few things fromm Jerry,of The Truck Shop out of TN.I will not by anything from the other truck shop out of Ca.They had a real attitude problem a few years ago,They might still have it,the same bald headed D#$% still is doing the shows,it was discussed on here and I was not the only one they treated the way they did.
