Check the usual, ball joint, etc. make sure the crossmember botl are tight, also look at the bushings the the torsion bars mount through, on the frame and A arm, i've seen them wear out on the frame and sound like a front end noise. If you can, get or borrow a set of chassis ears and start checking everything to try and pinpoint it.
