Engine Identification?

Wondered if anyone can help me identify this engine.

Two sets of #'s stamped in front of head.
Big: K0202UCJ
Small: CD1154167

# on back above oil filter.
14?10203 (? looks like a 0 but cant be sure)

The original owner said it was a 305. Thanks in advance
