Pics of some trucks getting back halved

I stopped by a friends shop and he was in the process of finishing up some ladder bar set ups on 2 pre-80's swb trucks. Just thought you guys might want to see them.

Yeah, that 454 has got a pretty nasty coolant leak off the thermostat housing :P

All look good otherwise!

I wish I had taken some more pics for you guys but there will be other opportunities. Here's the only other shot I have of the tubs in the blue truck. I believe both trucks had 31X21x15's

That si similar to the setup I am getting ready to put on. I have the dana 60 rear and the ladder bar setup. I am going to put a sizable notch in the frame which I got from suicidedoors and then box the frame from just under the cab back to the rear of the frame. I will be running a 335/30/20 tire in the rear on a 20x12 wheel. Plan to get started this weekend. Heres a pic of what I got tore apart.

Looks like he had to turn his ladder bar crossmember up instead of down?? Originally these are meant to double as a drive shaft loop. I plan to do mine the same and run another strap off the crossmember to use it as such. Nice work BTW. Cant wait to get mine done.
