Under dash lights ?
What do I need to do to put lights under my dash to make it brighter in the floor boards? Where would I make the connection to have them come on with door switches. I tried today but when the door was open the new light would go out and the dome light would come on. Close the door and the new light would come on and the dome light would go out. I MADE MYSELF CRAZY! so any help would be great I'm in the dark on this one He He He He

Your door pin switches ground when the door is opened. So you need to wire your under dash lights orange wire (preferrably to the dome light circuit) to a constant 12v source then connect both white wires to the respective door pin switch connections.

What year did they start putting door switches in? My 67 doesn't have any and I would like to fit some, as it is a pain fumbling around to turn the dome light on. I have also left it on accidentally and flattened my battery over a couple of days so door switches would stop this happening in the future.
