Question Rear wiper ideas ??

For any of you guys that have actually experienced driving one of these on cold mornings....has anyone came-up with a wiper for the hatch window?

I have routed side window defrosters, any ideas for the rear hatch ? I have considered the plug-in auto space-heater sold at the Auto Zone, but are there any other ideas out there??

thanks

91-94 Dodge caravan rear wiper motor has a long shaft that goes through the hatch and should be long enough to go through the hatch itself..Would be easy to wire up too. It just may work? S-10 blazer ones go through the glass so thats out.Thats all i can think of quik It may even go in the handle hole if you don't want to cut your hatch!!!

When you work at a junkyard for years pulling parts and changing stuff over from different things , You think of this stuff..Just like putting a pair of Hyudai ? you get that name..sonata clyinder heads on a dodge caravan 3.0 It does work as they are both a mitsubisi motor...

I know they make those spoilers for the 2nd gen blazers. They are made to keep the back window clean, and seem to do a pretty good job from seeing them on my friends trucks. I dont think they would help on the defrost, but definitly keep dust and spray off.

For a rear window defrost, you could install one of the suburban rear heaters. Frank (PICKMUP) had one for sale about a year ago. I thought about buying it to install in my '72, but it would have needed to go behind the wheel wells and I've got the side tanks.

I bought that heater .It is for my suburban.I wanted it for heat .I don't even have an inside rear view mirror. My blazer has a soft top,so no need for defrost for the rear on it.The new top I am having made will not have any "windows".The plastic scratches to easy.
