Front axle clean-up

Haven't posted in a long time, thought I would post a pic of the front axle clean-up last weekend.

Good to see you. Truck looks great as usual.

What attaches to what look like receivers on each side of the license plate?

Thanks everyone.

Yukon, hard to say what those receiver looking things are where the front bumper has been cut. When I got the truck, it had a skidplate and brushguard covering all of that area. One of these days I'll get around to cutting that crap out and replacing the front bumper.

Jamie, PM me and I'll tell ya all I know about crossover steering (it isn't much).

1STtimePRo, it definitely has power steering. The diff cover was cheap at a local parts store (about $15). It's just something to use until I can afford a TA aluminum diff cover. I like the looks of their cover......

Drink, you would have to notice that! Too much angle of the dangle. I need to either get creative with CV joints on the front shaft or just spring the $$$$ to flip the diff and run reverse rotation. Haven't decided yet which way I'm gonna go. Thanks for pointing out that the trucks a 2 wheeler though!
