Are they in good shape? No "hood stays up in the back when ya try to close it" syndrome?

I may need a set of those. I am trying to find out if they came with the parts I just received. I am overseas and my brother received the parts for me. I will let you know if I need them and work paypal for them.

they seem extremly tight, but i havent seen them mountedthey came with a truck/parts deal
