Question Front spindles size

OK this is an odd question but I need to find out about the front bearing and spindal sizes for a 75 C20.Why you ask, well I`m thinking about changing The front wheel stud pattern to a more Australian friendly pattern . If i can find something interchangable I`ll be
Can you also tell me if C10 spindle are the same size as the c20?
8 stud wheels are a pain here thats the main reason i want to find out.ANY help would be good

I don't have measurements but they are definitely different... with the diameter of the C20 unit being much bigger than the half-ton unit.
