Dreaming again...

Man, I don't know if it's what I had for dinner, but if it was, I'm having a baloney sandwich every night...

I was sitting outside of Buzz's diner (a local 50's joint) eating a hamburger, sitting in my 'burb, when someone pulled in the parking lot in a '68-72 'burb. I didn't notice what year, because it was pulling a flatbed trailer with a AWESOME '68 50th longbed that had an awesome lowered stance & a 396. The pickup was completely restored and absolutely beautiful. It had some custom modifications & the guy had done some interesting things with the trim.

Anyway, he walks over and we start talking '67-72 chevys. I get out to go look at this awesome 50th, and notice a 'for sale' sign in the window. When I read it, I saw the asking price of $4,000 (trailer included). Just as I told him I'd take it, my alarm clock rang... I'm surprised I didn't wake up in a puddle after seeing that $4,000 price tag!

I won't tell you that in my dream I was thinking, "This would go excellent on my K20 frame!"

Just like that one. Funny that a '68 50th K20 is literally the vehicle of my dreams...

Longhornmail, I have that picture set as the wallpaper on my iPAQ. Do you know who owns it, or where it is at? I would KILL for better pictures.
