Brakes problem on '67 C10

I had a brake job done about 15k miles ago. They have worked well until several months ago. With increasing frequency, the brake pedal goes to the floorboard with no resistance, and I have to pump the pedal to stop. I am not experiencing any brake fluid loss at all. Any tips on where to start troubleshooting will be appreciated.

Have you pulled the wheels to verify the wheel cylinders are not wet?

Master cyl. by-passing? That's where I'd look first.

Thanks for the responses. I'll have a look at the wheel cylinders, but it looks like the consensus is to replace master cylinder...

Don't forget to check the adj. the self adjusters have been known to malfunction. This will also cause you to pump them up. John
