Posi Identification

I am looking to put a posi rear end in my truck, but am trying to do it the cheapest possible way, such as something from a junk yard, etc. Can I go to a junk yard and i.d. some rear ends with posi based on the tag on the rear end? What would be the best way to get a posi setup and save my bank account? Is there a list that I can reference so that I can go to the junk yard and find myself a posi rear end?
