And to add to all that it faild emmisons...so Its eather pay the $800 or do some of the work myself...the only down side to that is that i was in a accident and im not even supposed to drive so i dont think i will be able to crawl around my truck....so now i dont no what to do...I could get my dad and uncle to do it but my dads gonna be busy and i hate ask my uncle casue hes always busy...My mom an dad offerd to pay half but i hate to ask them for money casue its my truck and they have there own things to worry about...o well i guess well see how it goes...

They inspect your windshield washer pump?
We have emissions, but other then that they dont inspect anything.
Good thing, who knows what they would get me for.
I know a few friends of mine would be off the road for sure if they had any kind of safety inspection here.
Anyway, your list doesnt sound too bad, it could be much worse.
How bad was your emissions, do you have the test results?

isnt there a cutoff date like after 20 or 25 years it is exempt?? such as my 76 doesn't have a cat so if it wasnt part of OEM then its not required...
i would do some digging and see what the law says specifically about this stuff and use it to your advantage...
a friend of mine got away with it in AZ buy getting an exact emission related list from the dealer from his VIN... another friend is on his way to tuscon, he has a 75 dodge and he will be getting that info as well for protection.

I've got a 1980 and it was exempt from all that "stuff" this year (in TX). Only had to pass safety.
