Post Valve cover adabtors!

Has any one used these adabtors? They are for heads that use the center bolts, with these adabtors it will let you use the regular style valve covers. i was wanting to know how good they are.

I considered those for my vortechs, untill I found a set of center bolt covers from a 90 capri, a taxi, for $5 cnd from a pick a part. There were lots to choose from in that yard and they even have a re-usable gasket. very solid, can't beat oem quality compared to cheap chromies, they fit on either head and I found that I actualy liked the look of black covers with a red block and aluminum manifold. Just an idea.

There are some good looking alluminum ones made too.
I have heard nothign about the adapters though. Seen them used, but no claims on them or nothing.

I wouldnt use adapters chevy rockers leak enough with one gskt there nevr mind with 2 like you need with the adapters
