wtt-87 frame mounts for original 67-71 V8 mounts

My truck has the clam shell mounts from a 87 chevy truck. I was told they are for a 87 chevy with a bigblock but I don`t know for sure. It had a bigblock in the truck when I bought it but I don`t know how to tell.Anyway, I`m going with a small block and I want the original style frame mounts so I know everything will fit. If anyone wants to trade let me know. Thanks.

I have been under the impression that big and small blocks will interchange in each others mounts.? I bought an original big block 69 with a small block mounted with the original "big"/396 mounts.

I Have A 68 C-10 Shortbox, In Process Of Switching
From Smallblock To Bigblock, Im Looking For Mounts
Myself. The Bigblock Mounts At Frame Have A Larger
Hole(clearance) Than The Smallblock Mounts. The
Width, Not Thickness In About 3/4 Of An Inch Longer.
Im Not Sure About Engine Location In The Bay Of
Truck As Mine Is Not Quite In Yet. Should Be There
In About 2 To 3 Weeks. If You Are Interested In Old
Smallblock Mounts Let Me Know.

I have the frame mounts from my 71 3/4. It had a 350 in it. How's $15 plus shipping?

Sounds pretty good if they will fit a 1/2 ton. My frame mounts are the clam shell style from a 87 truck with a bigblock. i just want to use the correct small block mounts. Thanks.

I would have no idea if 3/4 mounts are the same as 1/2 ton mounts. Let me know if you want them. Hopefully someone on here knows if they will work.
