Thank you Edmond,
So, you did get the pictures I e-mailed you. I will start today and cleaning it up and do all the things I have to do before the inspection. I filled it up again today and it´s seems like the mileage on the road trip yesterday was like 45-50 km per 10 litres.(10,7-11,8 miles per gallon). Is that normal with a 402/TH400, 4,10 at 55-65mph? Cya,

That sounds like good mileage with a 402. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but my 350 only gets just over 10mpg.

Sounds like normal big block mileage. My 350 longbed 2wd gets between 18-20.. quadrajet carb got best mileage, edlebrock carb cost 1mpg.. and the current holley cost 2mpg vs the quad. But throttle response and power are up.

I guess it just goes to show what universal appeal these trucks have, a guy in Sweden would go to all that trouble and exspense to have that truck in his driveway, (and I thought my truck was hard to get home!) Congrats 68 50th!
