6 lug questions
Remember there is no search so I can't look it up. What is the lug pattern on a 70 half ton 6 lug truck? If I convert to disk brakes will I still have the big hub in the front?
If I wanted to go to 5 lug what could I do to the rear axle with out changing the whole thing?

pull the axles and have the flanges re-drilled to the 5.5 pattern at a machine shop.Great reason to change oil and seals in the rear too.Make sure you inspect the bearings while it is a part.

About how much do you think that would cost?

not sure on the cost to have the axles re-drilled.but around 2-3hours at the machine shop.the rest is just a good idea to do.To make sure the rear is in good workin order. You have to pull the rear cover anyways so the oil and rear cover seal will need to be re-placed
