According the factory assembly manual, the left hole for the SUPER emblem is 1.09" directly below the left hole for the Cheyenne emblem. The right hole for the SUPER emblem is 4.15" directly to the right of the left SUPER hole. I drilled mine this way and it looks just like the picture Castiron9 posted. Also the left edges of the Cheyenne and the SUPER emblems are even with each other on both sides of the truck, so on the passenger side, the SUPER emblem is closer to the back of the truck and on the driver side, the super emblem is closer to the front of the truck.
