Awsome news...

The Caddy heads have passed with a clean bill of health by our head guy.
The cracks are so minimal, and in the location they are in, he just told me to put a washer under the bolt.
Happy days, happy days.
For those who have no clue what i am talking about, the heads off teh free 472 I got from PROTRUCKS are better breathing and will net me a higher compression ration...in the 9 to 1 range instead of the dismal 8 to 1.
Now I just need to get all the d@mn broken bolts out of it.
Do the next owner a favor....look into ANTISEIZE COMPOUND

Thanks got it, Never tried to PM a pic a just assumed you could... A nice open element air filter would really help the look of that motor...

Hmmm, looks kinda sloppy, but did you see the name of the pic? (the $200 engine with nos.jpeg) I was windering what the one little shiney thing was and why the heck it had a pipe(!!!)T-fitting in the fuel line.
Keep them coming...I been keeping every one in my caddy files.

Hey Andy all the motors in the pics you posted here are mounted farther back than the one that the dumb as@ put in the burb I have and they did not notch the frame for the exhaust either. I think the one in my burb was mounted forward so the cheap sob that put it in did not have to cut the drive shaft.

You know, i was noticing that myself too. I finally got those burb pics modified enough to view..took a program on my mom's computer. The more I look at those fraim rails, the more scared I get.
