68 chevy c-10 shortbox new project

just thought id post some pics of another ugly caterpillar waiting to turn into a beautiful butterfly that i just couldnt pass up for the money. 68 c-10 short step 2wd, alot of gorgeous hack work by previous owner but i guess he made it up in the price. i gave $800 for it, has a 305 that runs like turd, custom one header one manifold exhaust, 4 speed on the floor, blowtorch drop, alot of wrong to make right but a nice project nonetheless....p.s. i found the trailer at a local flea market the next day...bought it for the box.....so needles to say the stepside box is for sale for to anyone in the colorado area...and a nifty little trailer frame, hahaha, which is actually the back half of whatever truck it came off of, coil spring suspension....

One header and one exhaust manifold, I can't say I've ever heard of that one. Sounds like there's some real brilliant engineering on that truck. Looks like a pretty solid one yoiu got there, though.

I thought you would be close to me, I think I heard about that trailer through the grapevine. Welcome to the board, we'll have to meet up some time so I can see your truck in person.
