eaton posi carrier worth?

I have a chance to pick up an Eaton 4.10 posi unit. What is the going price or what is a good price to pay?

For 3/4 ton full floater.

Comes with the gears.

If it's in good shape I'd give $100-200 or so for it. If it salvageable I'd say $50. Most of these had std. spiders in the carrier, like mine had. The eaton posi unit was an extra you could get when the truck was new, but you can't get them any more! I wanted one a year ago, but went with a locker instead. Only worth $$$ to someone wanting to restore a truck with one vs. going with a new axle like a dana 60.
