Trying to get ideas on converting a Longhorn into a "dually". I have seen a few posted a while back......specifically a light blue one. Does anyone make a fender that bolts on the rear, that looks "factory"? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

This is one from my site. i think the fenders are from the '88 - when ever. Not quite sure though...blue71 has pointed out the body line in the fenders there, so we aren't quite sure if that's where they came from.
Still a sweet truck that I wish I had some info on. It was on E-bay back in '99.

i think that the fenders are 88-98, with clever work done to the bottem part to add the line and fender arch shape... either that or some really good body work to the fenders to make them look 88-98, because the slants and top look just like that

here is my idea of these fender i thank they are 67-72 step side fenders been cut down and fix to look like dually fenders the body lines and the wheel opening is to much like 67-72

I'm not wild about the running boards on that maroon one but it's very sweet otherwise!

I like the blue one better...less fender...just enough to cover the wheel. If I ever get my short fleet bed, I'm going to cut my '67 fenders just like that! Oh and I will need to get those Longhorn box extensions from longhornmail...no hurry!

Those are all nice. The first one I'm not sure how they did those fenders. The look like '67-72 fenders due to the round wheel arches. '88-98 are more square. Either way, there was some serious mods done to them. Nice work.

The orange one looks like maybe it was a burb. The roof looks more rounded or something. Maybe its just the white paint that makes it look that way. Don't care for the hood scoops. Seen too many cars/trucks with them. JMO

I was REAL bored one day last week and was perusing a copy of JC whitney, and they have a dually conversion kit for our year trucks. I am not and would not endorse JC whitney, but if they have the kit, sombody else does too. Cheesy? I dont know, but there is was. Also a conversion for single rear wheels to dual, I would think that might not be too good, but hey, its there, and gives you a reference.
