need some help

so on the weekend i got some cragers and they have a thick flange and i dont know what do do now. do i need to get longer wheel studs or get special lug nuts?

Go for a lug nut change with longer shanks. I'm using the link below as an example. Not exactly sure which size you need. Certainly not advertizing for the seller either.
