vent rubber question (pics)
Is the bottom edge supposed to tuck down inside the door? Just installed new vent rubber and no matter what I do it won't lay flat against the door. Old vent rubber was like this too.

I put mine on the out side they fit pretty good this way it didn't make since to have them run inside and let the water get inside door.But if mine came out like that I would put them inside.OH well I tend to do things different

they go inside, the small amount of water that might go thru will drain out the bottom drain holes in the door

Went ahead and tucked it in. Looks alot better. It makes some contact with the outer door, so hopefully won't let alot of water in the door. Betcha the rubber that came on the truck was wide enough for a good seal! It can be hard to find aftermarket stuff as good as original.
