Any pics of late model wheels on our trucks?

I keep seeing those ebay ads for late model take off wheels and tires for a pretty decent price. I remeber somebody saying they didn't sit right in the wheels wells. Is that right? Anybody got pics of their trucks with them on it?

Newer 6 lug will not work due to improper back spacing and center hole too small.
8 lugs will work except they would need the spacers to sit correctly due to wrong backspacing or they look a little off IMO.

Mike Files is correct, the 6 lug will not work. The center holes are not large enough and the back spacing is too much. You may be able to use a spacer though. The 8 lug work well though. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Check my sig, my 72 has late model rims on it, I hate 'em, got a set of 15x10/15x8 smoothies in the garage, just waiting until after I get it painted to put them on with some new rubber.

This is what i am using. I had to purchase special lugnuts to install the cap. These are the only pics I have so far.

You'll have to watch the 8 lug wheels too...some of them will be tucked in too much...at least, for my taste anyways.
I have mid 90's van steel wheels on the longhorn, and they are tucked in a bit too much, looks like a fat man on stilts IMO...still better than the 16.5's though.

I was told the wheels I have also came off a 90´s van.
I have had them widened to 8” in the front and 9” in the rear to fill out a little better.
