2in body lift, how do I raise bumpers?

I have a 2in body lift on my 77 K20, I need to know what to do/get so I can raise the bumpers to match. Thanks for your help.

May have to fab your own brackets or buy a custom. Who did you get the kit from? Ask them

The front of my frame rails were cut off and re-welded higher. Works and looks great on my 3 inch.
