I was curious if the owner of the below truck was a board member:

That sounds like a small block. The ford that won it I think last year did a big wheelstand and couldn't finish. I was wondering what motor was in the wagon? Sounded like a 6 cylinder. Oh yea the truck I just let him borrow it. LOL Just kidding. I wish.

But of course there were no concessions...and other ammentities that you would normally think would be at an event like this. It was more for the racers than for the spectators. Very cool seeing that truck run down the strip. Now I remember why I open the bait shop at 4:am every day and do 2 fishing guides each day of the summer for. The money to some day do the same thing. JOHN
